Who is Responsible
Our app and tours are operated by Alliance Technologies LLC. For any data inquiries, or to request deletion of your information, you can reach out directly to info@dornochtours.co.uk.
Information Handled & Collected
- Booking Requests: When you book a guided tour, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), and any notes. This is shared only with your guide to organize your walk and is deleted within 12 months.
- App Location Data: To help you navigate, the app uses your device's GPS to trigger local stories as you arrive at landmarks like dornoch-cathedral, the Old Jail, and Dornoch Beach. Your GPS fix stays on your phone and is never sent to us.
- Mapping Services: Map imagery is loaded from Google Maps. Your phone shares its IP address with Google to fetch these images; we never see this data or track where you walk.
- No Ads or Tracking: We do not collect analytics, use advertising identifiers, or include third-party trackers.
You have full rights under UK GDPR to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
